1-2 business days on average *except for the laser-cut personalized metal arts which could take 5-10 business days.

How long does shipping take?

For US orders, it takes around 3-5 business days but almost 90% of our packages gets delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.

I made a mistake with my order info, how do I correct it?

Kindly email us heritagespark.com within 3 hours while your order is still in production stage. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
